What a looong weekend! It all started with Friday night soccer in 20 degree weather in Lafayette, Saturday morning soccer in Rossville, Saturday afternoon baseball in Cartersville, and finally home for some last minute GroupLink planning. Up early on Sunday morning for worship at Buckhead Church where we were reunited with this guy, a quick nap, and then the most fun I've had in a long time...Tapestry's very first GroupLink!
I'm so excited about how GroupLink went! This was one of those times when you can do all the preparation and planning possible, but in the end the Holy Spirit is in charge and you just have to let him work. And he did!
Thanks so much to Tammy, James and Andi for helping me, to our community group leaders for being willing to step out there, and to all who took the risk, attended GroupLink, and left a member of a Starter Group.
On top of all that, I've heard great things from last night's InsideOut. God is doing some great things in Tapestry. I'm so glad I'm along for the ride.
